This is truly a wonderful read. I am not as gifted with words as the previous reviewers and certainly not close to the author's talent and so this review will be short but sweet. I adored getting to know each couple and 'watching' them grow as they summarized the stories of how they met and came to recognize that they were indeed Soulmates. These are stories to be enjoyed again and again and I will happily do so. Andrea's story of her parents, falling in love so late in life is without doubt, my favorite story of them all. Truly touched my heart.. thank you.Product details

It was so nice to read about true love between "real people" ! I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the definition of "Soul Mate" means different things to different people. And, that we don't always meet that special someone at an ideal time in our lives. Keep an open mind, and never settle for anything less than pure bliss in your love relationships!

Was so excited for this book to come out. Took an impromptu day off as my 9 year old was off school, and what better way to spend this rainy morning then to curl up reading a book! I went to school with Andrea, listened to her on the radio, bought jewelry from her, purchased things from her in her retail jobs (yes she is adventurous-it's part of her charm) and feel fortunate for social media that we have stayed connected as she is such a positive, interesting person. This book did not let me down. Great insight to many different types of loves, but with some very common threads ........to be loved like you want to be, to love others like they should be and all while being yourself. Thank you Andrea for sharing these great stories and for always coming from a place of love......
There are some of us in the world who long deeply for our soulmates. We somehow feel, though often doubt, that we are destined for a great love story, a great tale of divine love. Of course, love can be no other than divine, but I feel that each of us has a unique capacity for experiencing and expressing and receiving this Love. Some don't know what they are looking for, some aren't looking at all, while others know exactly what and when they would like to meet their soulmate. Some struggle to believe that soulmates are even real. Others too struggle against themselves in an effort to believe that they are worth loving or even capable of deep intimacy. The book displays several love tales through the words of couples who consider themselves to be soulmates. It is like having intimate conversations with each of them, receiving sweet details and raw wisdom on what true love can feel like. And it's not always sweet, that's for sure. I love that Andrea chose to interview two same-sex couples. I love that each couple creates a sort of unique world around themselves, one in which they are both at home. It is certainly a book to be savored and re-read, though I must admit that I devoured it in two days. It's a testimony to the fact that some of us really are starving for true love. I must then agree with Allyson McQuinn, author of the Foreword, Heilkunst practitioner, and book participant, "For if we are honest with ourselves, romantic love is the sole reason why we're here." Indeed, there is a resounding affirmation in my heart that is why we are here. To love and be loved in return, in all manner of ways, that's the magic and zest of life. Enjoy the hearts that have poured themselves into this book!
